Today I&#8217;m going to show you a very special way to prepare chicken breast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juicy chicken, a creamy chicken and Parmesan filling, potatoes, mushrooms, and onions \u2013 all baked together in the oven. Easy to prepare, but definitely not your average chicken recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u23f1 1 hr 55 min \u2022 \ud83d\udc65 6 servings \u2022 Medium \u2022 \ud83d\udd25 approx. 450 kcal per serving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 chicken breasts<br>1 egg (separated)<br>80 g (2.8 oz) Parmesan cheese<br>1 tsp Dijon mustard<br>2 garlic cloves<br>50 g (1.8 oz) cream cheese<br>5 medium potatoes<br>2 onions<br>500 g (17.6 oz) mushrooms<br>1 tbsp potato starch<br>Olive oil<br>Salt<br>Black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake covered at 180 \u00b0C \/ 356 \u00b0F for about 60 minutes.
