Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
1 egg (white and yolk separated)
80 g (2.8 oz) Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
50 g (1.8 oz) cream cheese
5 medium potatoes
2 onions
500 g (17.6 oz) mushrooms
1 tbsp potato starch
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
