100 ml (3.4 fl oz) hot water
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil
2 large cloves of garlic
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 small bunch of fresh thyme
