Cabbage and ground meat – so simple and incredibly delicious! 😍
Today, I’m sharing a wonderfully succulent cabbage casserole with ground meat and rice. This recipe is reminiscent of classic stuffed cabbage rolls, but it’s much easier to prepare—no need to stuff or roll up individual cabbage leaves!
Tender white cabbage is braised with onions, carrots, and spring onions, combined with a savory filling of mixed ground meat, tomatoes, garlic, and rice.
Everything is layered into a baking dish and cooked in the oven. The result is an incredibly flavorful, juicy cabbage casserole that the whole family will love! ❤️
It’s especially delicious served with a dollop of Greek yogurt and some fresh spring onions!
