Ingredients
- 100 g white cabbage.
- 1 carrot.
- A handful of spring onions.
- Salt to taste.
- Eggs.
- Bacon.
- Olive oil.
- Toast slices.
- Ketchup.
- Mayonnaise.
- 1 tomato.
- Melted cheese;
- Butter.
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: shred the white cabbage and carrot, chop the spring onions, and slice the tomato.
- Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy.
- In the same pan, sauté the shredded white cabbage, carrot, and spring onions with olive oil and salt to taste.
- Toast the bread slices and spread butter on them.
- Fry eggs to your liking in the pan.
- Assemble the toast: spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the toasted bread, add the sautéed vegetables, place the fried egg and crispy bacon on top, add sliced tomato, and cover with melted cheese.
- Heat the assembled toast in the pan until the cheese melts and everything is warm.
